Open Port for multiple IP addresses

I need to open/add a list of IP addresses to the firewall
How do I accomplish this using ASG320 FW8.309

This is the message I’m receiving from my vendor.
"The connection to the host is timing out. Is there anything that would block communication through port 5003 on the firewall?"
"OpenSSL VirtualNet Enhanced SSL protocol - must have the following Internet Protocol (IP) addresses in their firewalls."

...i'm new to this product & board. Help!

thanks for the response!
a computer on the LAN going to a host outside.
the setup is for credit card processing. the workstation isn't getting thru, so the vendor suggest opening up port 5003 associated with a list of IP addresses.
