Open Port for multiple IP addresses

I need to open/add a list of IP addresses to the firewall
How do I accomplish this using ASG320 FW8.309

This is the message I’m receiving from my vendor. 
"The connection to the host is timing out. Is there anything that would block communication through port 5003 on the firewall?"
"OpenSSL VirtualNet Enhanced SSL protocol - must have the following Internet Protocol (IP) addresses in their firewalls."

...i'm new to this product & board. Help!

    Welcome to the community support forums.

    I'm trying to understand the problem.

    Is this traffic/connection originating(initiated from) inside the firewall(a computer on your LAN) going to a host outside, or the other way? A lot depends on which side (outside or inside) the traffic/connection is originating from.
