PS3 Wont connect to PSN & Download updates PLZ HELP!

Hi Guys,

I am so frustrated right now, I have setup my ps3 with a static ip address, I have port forwarded (DNAT) any port (in my frustration) and on my firewall I have setup a firewall rule for my PS3 as well on any port.

Can you guys please help me out, I am trying to play GTA V but this is turning into a nightmare?

Is there a way I can put the PS3 in DMZ? Or by pass the firewall all together?

    Hi, check the firewall, ips, and web protection (http proxy) logs.

    I am having the same issue.  I attempted to have all traffic forwarded to my PS3 through DNAT rules with the necessary firewall rules, but the firewall is still showing drops.

    Most look like this:

    ulogd[4012]: id="2001" severity="info" sys="SecureNet" sub="packetfilter" name="Packet dropped" action="drop" fwrule="60003" outitf="eth1" srcmac="8:0:27:ab:57:12" srcip="23.54.179.49" dstip="192.168.50.107" proto="6" length="40" tos="0x00" prec="0x00" ttl="64" srcport="80" dstport="53791" tcpflags="RST"

    The 192 address is that of my PS3...

    Thoughts?
