Stop torrent seeding

Yes, I know that it is anti-social, but I would like to know how to configure the firewall to stop/block torrent seeding.
I am using ASG v8.

I have tried quite a few different approaches, and the only way I have been successful is to disable my NAT rule, which obviously stops torrent downloading too. [:(]

NAT Rule:
Traffic selector: Any > BT-Port > External (address)
Destination translation: My-PC > BT-Port
Automatic Firewall rule: Off
Initial packets are logged: On

I thought that it should be a simple case of creating a packet filter rule to drop any traffic from My-PC > BT-Port > Any, but that did not work. Neither did Internal (network) > BT-Port > Any.

Do I need a second NAT rule with reverse settings?
Any suggestions or advice appreciated.

As a side question...
If you enable "Automatic Firewall rule", does this rule appear in the packet filter rules?
I thought that it would, but I could not find the rule if I chose this option in the NAT configuration.
