SAA traffic TCP 1.2.3.4 port 9980?

At work I installed the SAA agent from the UTM on my notebook and I can see it in resmon trying to connect to 1.2.3.4:9980 all the time.  Home UTM packet filter log shows this about every 20-30 secs.

What is ip 1.2.3.4 and why the constant activity?

Fair warning, I know nothing about SAA yet.

    Hi, 
    1.x.x.x is a reserved Class A network; Astaro seems to like to use it for discovering the UTM/firewall (apparently the Wireless APs use it for discovery too).

    I'm not sure if it's normal for there to be constant searches or not, once it's configured.

    Hello,

    is it possible to route the 1.2.3.4 Traffic to the UTM over a router?
    Or is SAA only working if the UTM is the defaultgateway of the Client.
