Trouble loading certain websites?

I have used Astaro fw's for years now but haven't seen this problem.

I have my workstation on a static IP and have an any-any-any rule allowing full access out to the web.

I can turn off IPS as well with no change.

If I go to certain websites(I have had several) the wheel just spins on my browsers, but if I hit stop then reload it comes up immediately.  This happens with Chrome, Firefox and IE browsers.

I have a ticket open with Sopho's and they did packet captures but still no news back.

Has anyone seen this before?

    Hi ,

    Are you using proxy with cache ?
    If yes please clear the cache.
    Please clear the cache on the browsers too and try.

    For this issue I am bypassing the Proxy and going straight out through the any-any-any rule.

    I clear the cache prior to each test on the browsers.

    Always the same hourglass loading then do a stop and refresh and the page is loaded.

    During an access, please have the following Live Logs running and then show us any related lines: Application Control, Firewall, Intrusion Prevention and Web Filtering. (Yes, I know IPS and Web Filtering are off.)
