problem to connect to a pc on the lan from outside

Hello everybody, (sorriy for my bad English....)
We need to access to a PC (with a specific port) on our LAN from outside,
We created, the pc with his local address on network definition, 

NAT
Sélecteur de trafic : Any → port***x → eth1 (Address)
Traduction cible : SRV PC port***x


firewall rule,
Any-->port***x--->SRV PC

but it still not working. Inside we can connect to this PC.
Do we have to do something else ? We work on a AS400.

    Salut, wrkobj - welcome to the User BB!

    There are two common mistakes.  First, confirm that the Host definition "SRV PC" is not bound to a specific interface - all definitions should be made with 'Interface: '.  Second, confirm that the target PC has the IP of the UTM's "Internal (Address)" listed as default gateway.

    For the host definition : 
    nom : SVR PC
    type : Hôte
    IP : 10.0.0.***
    interface : any

    I will ask to the technician who installed the SVR PC for the default gateway.
    And I come back to you.

    Bonjour,

    For setting his server the technician had ask us to go on-site showmyip, to have our public ip, it has set its software with this ip + port ***x parameter. One thing (among others) that we do not know is: is it this ip we need to access on a pc internally, because on all of our pc it is this public address that we see. Because we also have alias addresses, we do not know why.
    No answer for the gateway for the moment.

    Problem resolved, Our dealer technician asked us to check the box: "automatic creation of firewall rule", and then it works.
