How-to Open Non-Standard FTP Ports

I have a issue that I am attempting to repair. Currently, I am running an E-Clinical Application that connects to a Hosting Company for the Maintenance of Patient Records for a Doctors Office. Before I installed an Sophos UTM v.9.08 , there were never any problems accessing the site and uploading Scanned Forms, etc.  Since installing the UTM v.9.08, I am experiencing Numerous Problems with the client software as it Attempts to connect to the Hosted App located on a Server by utilizing the FTP Service. The Client which is Installed on my Workstation needs to have ability to UPLOAD Documents to e-Clinical web-server by utilizing the FTP Service USING NON-STANDARD Ports of # 50051-50550.  However , I am not to familiar with the UTM 9.0 Product and need assistance in setting up the UTM so that I can upload scanned docs, etc using these ports on the firewall.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

    You definitely should Up2Date to 9.103-5 as soon as practical.

    Is this a known FTP client, or a specialized one that was built by the developers of the software for the Doctor's office?

    Are you sure that you're talking about destination ports - I would think that they would expect port 20, but would respond with ports in the 50051-50550 range.  Please show a few relevant lines from the Firewall log file (not the Live Log).

    Check that the FTP Connection-tracking helper is selected on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Firewall'.  Also, check the IPS logs as Gilipeled implied.
