Download Throttling with Web Proxy and central UTM

Hello,

I want to limit Internet traffic for our locations which are connected to our central office with 10 MBit/s Ethernet. Our central office has a 100 MBit/s internet connection so I just have to limit the traffic between the branches and Internet:

Branch A -> (Ethernet) -> Central Office -> UTM (Proxy 3128/TCP) -> (100 MBit/s) -> Internet

What should I configure to limit internet traffic for Branch A without limiting Central Office?

    Drew, what I meant was that the rule limits all traffic to "Internal (Network)" instead of just the traffic from the internet.  So, with a DMZ or if the HTTP Proxy is using caching, even that traffic is limited with "Any" - I know you know that, but just wanted to be clear for others coming here.
