Recommended setup for VoIP (Ringcentral)?

Hi,

We're moving in to a new space in a couple of days, and are trying out ringcentral.com and their VoIP phones.  There's no internal VoIP server, the phones are standalone.  

The required ports seem to be:  UDP 5060-5090, and UDP 16834-16482.

Should I just open those ports bi-directionally on the phone's IP addresses, or does the ASG (or UTM these days) VoIP implementation have advantages that I should use?  Are there any how-to guides available on the UTM VoIP setup?

Anyone w/ experience w/ ringcentral or similar?

    Hi, you can try using the VOIP Security system in the UTM; create network definitions and/or a network group for the phones, and put them into the VOIP setup.

    If that doesn't work, you may have trouble if using RFC 1918 addressing, as you can't DNAT one service to multiple devices (phones).
