Change SMTP IP & Webtraffic IP

Hello,

where can i control which IP is used for surfing ?
Is this ip automatically the IP with the default gateway ?

    Just add additional IP address on the WAN interface and use SNAT to server 2 to use this address.
    And configure the rules to allow it.
