Port Forwarding

Hello All,

I am new to UTM 9(coming from PFSense) and I am having some trouble with the port forwarding. Currently I have it setup as listed below but nothing is getting through.

Rule Type: DNAT
For Traffic From: Any
Using Service: Ports
Going to: External (WAN) Address
Change Destination: Internal Server
Auto Firewall Rule Checked

The Ports Service is designated as Follows:

Name: Ports
Type: TCP/UDP
Destination: 64000:65535
Source: 1:65535

    i have a question to ask, I’m trying to access a URL without adding the port :8069 so I made a DNAT rule 

    source: LAN
    service: HTTP
    Destination: server URL
    action
    destination:server URL
    service:8069

    and it worked fine to users who are not in the web filter rule (Transparent mode skip list), So I tried to make an exception for all users going to that URL but it didn’t work, please help me why is this happening and what is the solution
