Convert FW rules from eth2 to lag0

I have a ton of firewall/NAT rules that use eth2 that I need to make a LAG group. Now if I go to do that it seems astaro will just delete everything referencing eth2

Is there anyway via cli that I can maybe convert things?

I think there's a Feature Request for that, but, at present, you must create the LAG before you put VLANs on it.
