We have a great setup at our workplace using Switchvox Home and 4 Polycom 330 IP Phones. We have a SIP provider that we can take and make VOIP Calls to the PSTN no problem.
We sit behind the internet with a SOPHOS UTM9 Firewall. The same unit establishes a VPN to another SOPHOS UTM9 at our second office. We can ping devices between the offices and access servers, files etc no problem.
We have one phone at the external office. We can ring the phone, but there is no audio when we answer. Same thing if we ring the main office - they can take the call, but no audio. We can access the web interface of the polycom phone from the main office no problem. We can ping and access the Switchvox server remotely. Switchvox recognises the phone as a online phone.
the main office is on 192.168.1.x network. The external office is on 192.168.4.x network, both 255.255.255.0
I assume the issue lays with routing and or a setting that needs to be made on the external polycom phone. I also assume that there may be an additional setting that needs to be made in SOPHOS.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
