I have some problems with one of my sFTP connections.
Maybe you can give me a hint.
I have 2 Firewalls 1 Internet Firewall and another for the DMZ.
The Server is within the DMZ Network.
I need to connect to 5 different sFTP Server. 4 of them are working without any problems but the one has strange problems.
All connections are using the same settings, port, encryption, …
I can connect without any problems but I can't enter a Directory if there are any files in it (timeout). If the Directory is empty I can enter it without any problems.
This is working from another Server in the same network with the same connection without any problems.
Tried different Clients same problem.
Both Server are in the same Firewall Rule, so it shouldn't be any Rule Problem.
Initialization is working fine, so if this works, following communication should also working fine in the sFTP connection, or did I miss something here ?
Maybe a MSS Problem ? But why is it working on the other Server ?
The communication is running in a IPSec Tunnel from the Internet FW to the DMZ Firewall to the Server.
Internet Firewall -> IPSec Tunnel -> DMZ Firewall -> IPSec Tunnel -> Server.
Same Problem if I try to enter the Folder with disabled IPSec Tunnel.
I also did P to V to test the Server directly connected to the Internet and the sFTP Connection is working without any problems.
Somebody can give me a hint ?
