I'm trying to make an additional WAN interface work. This interface is specifically for Voice traffic.
I have added the Masquerading rules, as well the firewall rules. DNS has also been set. I created a policy route as well, since an static route seems to be ignored.
Voice (network) -> Voice -> Any -> Any -> WAN2
(I know any isn't safe, but this is for testing purposes)
As expected, this does not work. I created an additional subnet as well, to try if I even get internet traffic from this interface.
Obviously, the internet is very inresponsive. Sometimes, it is fast, while seconds after I get timeouts. So, I am suspecting this is an routing issue. (I used an external IP checker to check if the internet traffic was going to the right WAN, that was the case. (Note that this traffic is not passing the webfilter, since I added the network to the transparent mode skiplist)
Can someone give me a clear explanation how to accomplish such a setup? I think I must have missed something.
