qos not working?

Hi,

We tried running QOS. We noticed that it wasn't functioning properly. I tried to limit the bandwidth in my computer to 2Mbps; however, after installation of torrent bandwidth still burst to 10Mbps. Help

Hi,

1. you've provided far too little information. At least include screenshots of all of the settings you have added for QOS.

2. you're trying to limit download speed or upload speed?
