QOS and Traffic Quota

Hi, I have two questions:
 is it possible to throttle internet speed for users after a certain quota? For example, I set traffic quota on an user for 5 GB quota, and if user passes 5 GB quota, I want to slow down on user's internet speed until quota is reset to next day/week/month.  Can that be done on Astaro?

Another question, I have 30 MB internet connection, is it possible to distribute guest users equally 1 MB internet speed. How do I do this on QOS Setting?

    There is no quota system in the UTM at the moment; you may want to head over to feature.astaro.com and post this as a feature request (or vote for it if someone has already suggested it).
