UTM 220 - Ping Dropped on the Firewall Live Log

Hi,
I have a problem with the UTM 220. When I ping the external (Internet sites) or to certain devices that are in my same network and the same network of UTM, Firewall Log I Live in the package "ping" is Dropped dall'UTM. I also added a Firewall rule that allows the ping does not work. Same problem with traceroute.
 
Can you help me identify the problem?

    Here is how my UTM 9 is set up and ping/traceroute works:

    Network Protection -> Firewall -> ICMP

    Allow ICMP on Gateway (yes)
    Allow ICMP through Gateway (no)
    Log ICMP redirects (no)

    Gateway is Ping visible (yes)
    Ping from Gateway (yes)
    Gateway forwards Pings (no)

    Gateway is Traceroute visible (yes)
    Gateway forwards Traceroute (no)
