Broken QOS?

Hi, I have installed Sophos UTM 9.004-33 and set up everything correctly except for QOS section. I configured QOS to throttle upload speed for http traffic at 512 Kbps on a specific machine - mac mini with static ip address. with the QOS configuration i have created, it will throttle upload speed on ALL clients instead of one client. What am I doing wrong here? I have attached screenshots .

    SSH login to your box as loginuser and execute the following commands: 

    su

    wget http://people.astaro.com/uweber/mantis_23283/ep-mdw-9.00-113.g9a821e4.i686.rpm

    rpm -U --force ep-mdw-9.00-113.g9a821e4.i686.rpm


    Thanks for the instructions. For some reasons, its no longer throttling upload speed on any clients now. I have removed and re-added QOS settings, but with no luck. I have rebooted astaro box, but that did not fix the issue. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks again for your help.
