file download hangs , S5: Session exceeded configured

hello

i am attempting to download a 300mb iso file from fujitsu
webdownload.ts.fujitsu.com

the download hangs and the following is in the IPS log

portal-1 snort[23685]: S5: Session exceeded configured max bytes to queue 1048576 using 1050000 bytes (client queue)

--> 80.70.172.78 80 (0) : LWstate 0x9 LWFlags 0x406007

short of turning off the ips is there anything i can do to allow this download?

i should add this is a utm 220 device running 9.004

We are experiencing the same problem. Is there a resolution to this?

My understanding is that if you contact Support, they can implement a workaround for this.
