Non working firewall rule

Hi guys,
I'm facing with a very strange issue. I'm testing a wi-fi sip phone. I created a rule (the first firewall rule) with these data:

source: phone ip address
service: sip
destination any

my firewall blocks the packets from wi-fi phone anyway:

2012:11:16-15:49:19 FIREWALL ulogd[5598]: id="2001" severity="info" sys="SecureNet" sub="packetfilter" name="Packet dropped" action="drop" fwrule="60001" initf="eth0" srcmac="xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx" dstmac="yy:yy:yy:yy:yy:yy" srcip="PHONE_IP_ADDRESS" dstip="FIREWALL_LAN_IP_ADDRESS" proto="17" length="389" tos="0x18" prec="0xa0" ttl="64" srcport="5060" dstport="5060"

any ideas?
thanks

  • have you other SIP rules in other section like "Application Control" or "SIP Proxy" ?

    Hello ,
Application Control is currently disabled. I tried to configure SIP proxy, choosing the client networks and Server ip address of our asterisk, but also in this case I see blocked packets directed to our internal ip address interface [:(] Obviously we configured the address of SIP proxy also in wi-fi phone.
