Dropped packets on port 5228

I have created a rule to allow my Android phone->Any (service TCP 5228). However, in Network Protection, tcp/5228 is still showing as dropped packets. This is preventing my Android phone from receiving push e-mail notifications. This used to work fine when I was using ASG. Does not work since I switched over to UTM9.

Please let me know any ideas to make it work.

    Thanks for the reply. I was just looking at the pie chart under network protection. 

    When I looked at the firewall logs, I found that that all the dropped packets are to my wife's phone. The worst part is that she always gets push e-mail notification!! There was not single dropped packet to my phone so the firewall rule is working. Guess there must be something wrong with my phone settings.

    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
