Unable to Download HP Firmware

I am running Sophos UTM  9.002-12

I am trying to download HP firmware, HP sends it as a .exe file. I have tried making exceptions in the firewall with no luck. While watching monitoring I receive the log: fwrule=60001. It looks like it is redirecting to ftp. 


The website I am trying to access is http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDownloadEventHandler.jsp?redirectReason=SWD_FTP_Request&swItem=MTX-545aefc097cc426fa7a4668322&prodSeriesId=1121516&prodLine=SY&targetPage=ftp%3A%2F%2Fftp.hp.com%2Fpub%2Fsoftlib2%2Fsoftware1%2Fsc-windows-fw-array%2Fp461388911%2Fv78322/cp017697.exe&filesize=5833224

How can I allow HP downloads to my network? Thanks in advance.

    Also, there's a selection for an FTP "helper" on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Network Security >> Firewall' that's normally on by default, but you can check that.  I think the proxy selection recommended by ruhlatio has its own built-in automatic selection of this helper regardless of the selection on the 'Advanced' tab, and that's thre preferred solution.

    If you also use an FTP client like FileZilla, you can put the FTP Proxy in "Both" mode as the "Non-transparent" mode only works with such clients.

    If you use Web Filtering in a Standard (not a Transparent) mode, the HTTP Proxy will handle your FTP downloads from your browser, and that also will resolve thee problem just as will using the FTP Proxy in the way described by ruhlatio.
