Unable to Download HP Firmware

I am running Sophos UTM  9.002-12

I am trying to download HP firmware, HP sends it as a .exe file. I have tried making exceptions in the firewall with no luck. While watching monitoring I receive the log: fwrule=60001. It looks like it is redirecting to ftp.

How can I allow HP downloads to my network? Thanks in advance.

    Most HP downloads are FTP based.  If I remember correctly UTM 9's default rules don't allow FTP.  I recommend turning on the firewall's FTP proxy service under Web Protection -> FTP.  Building rules for FTP will be different depending upon how the connection builds (Active or Passive mode).  Enable the FTP proxy, leave it in transparent mode for ease of use.  Specify your local network as allowed and try the connection again.
