Cannot call to Tandberg Video Conference behind Astaro firewall

Hi all,

I have just configured a Tandberg VC behind the Astaro firewall (model 220, ver 8.305). I have also configured DNAT range ports (TCP 1720, UDP 1719, TCP 5555:5565, UDP 2326:2405) to the Tandberg. But our customer cannot call to my site.

I have tried with Linksys router and also forward the list of ports same as Astaro. The result is very good, customer is able to call to my site.

Any help would be great with Astaro? Please advise.

    Check the Intrusion Prevention and Firewall logs.

    Confirm that all of your Host/Network definitions are not bound to a specific interface - all should have 'Interface: >'.

    Did either of those thoughts help?
