[9.000] QoS not working?

Hiya

I have some QoS rules setup but they don't seem to be limiting the bandwidth use, people can still download and upload at full speed :-\

Below are the rules I have setup, am I doing something wrong? I tried doing it two different ways on two different networks but both can still download at full speed not the reduced.

    You can't make QoS rules on the External interface for downloading; the best you can do is to select 'Download Equalizer' on the 'Status' tab.

    If you want to limit traffic coming in from the internet, you need to put rules like 2 and 3with your "In" traffic selectors on the Internal interface.

    But, maybe you don't want to do that.  Bear in mind that rules apply global limits to the various networks.  Can you explain what problem you're having that leads you to want to limit some usage?
