Traceroutes dropped without reason

The issue I have is if I try to do more than 2 traceroutes at a time then packets to Astaro hop are dropped without reason. Sophos support states that there is absolutely nothing they can do about it and it is normal behavior. Firmware version 8.305

Does anyone else have this issue?

    So this is on a Windows PC behind Astaro, right?

    It works fine for me with Win2k3 behind Astaro 8.305 (without NAT, fwiw).
