DMZ issues

I've spent more than 8 hours configuring the dmz network but with no luck. I can't access my terminal server from the outside. With my old ipcop everything works fine. The server receives and sends the initial packets, but I can't connect to it. Am I missing something? Some screenshots attached. Using astaro 425 with 8.302 fw.

  • Can you ping the server from the 'Support  >> Tools' menu?

Please confirm that "srvhelpdesk" is not bound to a specific interface.  All of the definitions you create should have 'Interface: >'.
