Load Balancing

Hi
i am new to all these stuff
i am using astaro 320.and i am just a beginner and trying tosort out to many things
i want to balance load for particular user
i have created user for each of the employees and i want to restrict their download to for eg every user 3kb/s and the head 20kb/s and the remaing on my two servers...
but unfortunately i dont know how
any help

    Hi, Saiff, and welcome to the User BB!

    What you want is 'Interfaces & Routing >> Quality of Service (QoS)'.  Unfortunately, there is no single rule possible to do what you want, and the "username (User Network)" objects are only populated if the user is logged into WebAdmin or is connected via VPN.

    What version of Astaro - 8.302?  Is this a new Astaro in your comany?  Do you have a Web Security subscription?  Do you have Active Directory, eDirectory, LDAP or RADIUS authentication for your LAN?
