I cannot get the NAT to work

Hello, 

we have Astaro 220 and we have a strange problem, 
Firmware version:  8.301,
I cannot get the NAT to work, 
for exemple i am trying to set NAT on port
3389 (rdp) to an internal server, 
when the rule is disabled i can see the connection beeing
blocked on the firewall live log, when i activate the NAT rule 
i see the connection on the live log in grey color and with the messege
"[SYN] len=52 ttl=110 tos=0x00 srcmac=b8:62:1f:a6:7c:51 dstmac=0:1a:8c:16:21:f2 "
the rule configuration is:
Traffic Source:Any
Traffic Service:Microsoft Remote Desktop (RDP)
Traffic Destination: One of our external ip's
NAT mode[:D]NAT
Destination: My local server ip adress
Automatic 
Firewall rule:Yes

Same for every NAT im trying to configure,
our astaro is  on a diferent vlan from the server

    What do you mean by "astaro is on a different VLAN than the server"?

    My Astaro ip is x.x.38.2
    my server ip x.x.36.234

    all routes betwen networks managed by the astaro, 
    in general, i have the astaro  in front, 
    with 7 active interfaces, 
    4 diferent wan connections
    1 VOIP  
    1 LAN
    1 DVR

    the lan is managed by a 3Com managed switch

    What is managing the VLAN traffic? Astaro or something else?

    Can you ping the server from the firewall?

    Just a WAG, but is the Host definition for "My local server ip adress" bound to an interface?  Please confirm that all of your network definitions have 'Interface: >'.
