Access ADSL router trought astaro?

I have the necessity of resetting the ADSL line now and then, so i need to log in the ADSL router (remotely) and restart it.

Right now i have a very complicated way of doing that, wich in voilve even a phone call...

How do i access the router from within the local LAN?

My lan have address 192.168.1.0/255 and the ADSL Router is connected on the WAN port of the astaro gateway, with address 192.168.1.3.

Can that be done? Thanks for any help.

    would that work if the router is in bridged mode ? (i.e only modem)

    I can confirm oldeda's method works on some DSL modems. The Thompson SpeedTouch 516 our ISP uses is configured in bridge mode but responds on a 192.168.x address using a secondary IP on the WAN interface. Setup a corresponding SNAT and you're at the front door.

    This is my config and works fine without NAT or SNAT rules

    modem in bridge mode with ip 192.168.1.1
    Wan Additional Address ip 192.168.1.2
    Internal lan ip address of ASG 192.168.2.1

    I never leaved ASG internal ip range same with the modem range beacuse confuses the ASG 7 since first instalation
