Firewall Issues

I have an issue that I have not been able to figure out over the past couple days. I'm trying to run bittorrent services to a client on my LAN side over the port 52601. I have NAT and everything setup working correctly. Problem is my firewall keeps dropping UDP traffic on 52601. I've played with the firewall rules and even made a separate rule for UDP but it still keeps getting blocked. Someone help please. Below is the firewall log.

Create a second service with 52601 as source (reverse of the service you already have), then create a packet filter rule to allow traffic from 192.168.1.100 for the new service, destination Any or Internet.
