Additional IP addresses

I recently added some static IP addresses to my Astaro as Additional IP addresses. These IP addreses are from BT, when I try to use these addresses for OWA they do not seem to be working. Any ideas ?

Hi,

folks may have any ideas if you decribe your setup a little bit more detailed :-). Version of ASG? DNAT or reverse proxy? Additional addresses configured? .... and so on.

I currently have OWA working correctly via my default WAN address however I have added around 6 new IP addresses given to me by BT to additional addresses. When I change the DNAT rule for my owa so that going to is one of the new additional IP addresses instead of the default WAN address. The OWA cannot seem to be reached externally.

If I missed out any info I do apologies please let me know

In the traffic selector, the 'Traffic destination' must be the "(Address)" object created by WebAdmin when you created the Additional Address; a regular Host definition won't work.

Was that it?

actually managed to make it work BT sent me a revised list of my IP addresses so issue was with them
