Minecraft Server

Hello, I've read every minecraft server post on this forum and while my symptoms are similar, they did not help me resolve the issue.  Basically, on the WAN network I can connect to my server, with horrible lag, and then about 2 minutes later it kicks me off with a timed out error.  I watched the server stats and it clearly shows sending data right at the log in and after about 5 seconds it does not send any data at all, but it will receive data the whole time until I am kicked off.  On the LAN network it works fine, so I suspecting this is a firewall issue.  I have attached a screen shot of my DNAT and the group it uses.

Edit:
I forgot to mention everything is on an ESXi server that has 2 NIC's.  One NIC is the WAN and one is the LAN.  Astaro routes between them.  The minecraft server is running on another guest VM on the same ESXi server.

    In the Host definition for your Minecraft server, make sure you have 'Interface: >' instead of bound to a specific interface (in fact, ALL of your Network/Host definitions should be like that).

    If that wasn't the problem, then you might want to try building a new VM with the e1000 NICs and then loading from the regular software ISO instead of the VM one.
