Reject All Rule?

Hello,
I was under the impression that e rule like this would effectively block all traffic??

But as you can see the interfaces keep showing traffic!

Is the rule incorrect or its something else ??

If the rule is wrong which parameters should I use to prevent all traffic from passing, and it shows no traffic (On the external interface the one showing 1 Mbit with the rule in place)

    Thanks Balfson,
    Apparently my backups have the same problem.

    But if I understand if I disable web filter it should tell if the problem is there 
    Correct?

    what does iftop -i ethx (where x is the interface you are seeing traffic on) show you?  You would need to run this from the Console logged on as Root.  Entering the letter 'q' will exit.

    Hi,
    Thanks for all your help.
    Probably it was something  wrong with the proxy, because when I disable it traffic went down and cpu load also came down.
    As could not detect any configuration problem I decide to start from scratch.

    Install everything and restore settings but same problem

    So install everything and setup everything the same way but manually, and so far it appears its working normally

    I will try to replicate my problem in a vm and then follow the instructions posted to collect the information and see if it helps to discover what was the problem.

    Weird is that the settings are exactly the same but so far all is good..
