Battlefield 3 & Astaro!

Hello, I cannot seem to get Battlefield 3 (PC) to be allowed through the router. It requires a few allowed ports (https://help.ea.com/article/online-ports-for-battlefield-3), which I have opened all of in the firewall AND tried NAT rules for. Anyone have any suggestions what else I could try?

Hi, Meta, and welcome to the User BB!

Whenever you have issues, always check the Firewall and Intrusion Prevention logs. You can use the Firewall Live Log to detect a problem, but always post here from the full log if're asking for help.

Also check the web proxy log, you need to create exceptions for 2-3 domains.

I have had problems with the updating of origin, the problem seemed to be the web-proxy (especally antivirus). After opening the needed Ports (I prefer using live-log to find them), i have no longer problems playing BF3.
