Xbox live not working

I have an xbox 360 with xbox live.  I have the ports open and I can pass all the xbox networking tests.  But when I try to create a xbox live party or game or join a friends party or game it fails.  It doesnt fail for every friend but for the majority of them it fails.

I can plug my xbox directly into the cable modem which bypasses the astaro firewall and then I can connect with the same friends I was not able to when I was connected to the astaro.

Is there some other exclusions I can apply in astaro so the I completely bypass astaro for my xbox?

I am using astaro version 8.203.

    So here is what my NAT rules look like.  I have 5 of these, one for each port required for xbox live.  I believe this is what you are talking about and I think I have the NAT rule correct.  Let me know if you see something odd.

     Traffic Source:  Any 
     Traffic Service:  xbox live 2 
     Traffic Destination:  External (Address) 
     NAT mode: No NATDNAT (Destination)SNAT (Source)Full NAT  
     Destination:  Xbox 360 
     Destination Service:  xbox live 2 
     Firewall rule:  Automatic
