Xbox live not working

I have an xbox 360 with xbox live.  I have the ports open and I can pass all the xbox networking tests.  But when I try to create a xbox live party or game or join a friends party or game it fails.  It doesnt fail for every friend but for the majority of them it fails.

I can plug my xbox directly into the cable modem which bypasses the astaro firewall and then I can connect with the same friends I was not able to when I was connected to the astaro.

Is there some other exclusions I can apply in astaro so the I completely bypass astaro for my xbox?

I am using astaro version 8.203.

    I put the xbox in both skiplist boxes and tried it and it did not work.  I still could not join my friends xbox game and he could could not join my game.  This is the same friend that I was able to join with the xbox directly connected to the cable modem, and he was able to join my games.

    Do you have any other suggestions?
