External OWA access not working

I have recently rebuilt my exchange server from scratch everything is working as it should however I cannot seem to get access external access to the OWA page. It was working before the rebuild. I have followed Bobs instructions here:

however this has not work. I have included screen shots of my current settings.

    OK so there are multiple places you could be having issues.

    We need your versions - Astaro and Exchange.

    1. I assume you can get to owa from inside the firewall with no problems?
    2. Any certs you need are setup correctly and working - self generated or external provider.
    3. Not getting error messages (other than timeouts)?
    4. Didn't change any IP during this process (yeah, it happens) ?
    4. Try setting your external address to just one IP and test that first.
    5. Can you get to https://remote.domain.com ?

    I can get to the owa page no problem internally just can't access it externally. I am just getting timeouts so I am assuming this is an astaro issue. IP address for my exchange box is the same as it was. I have already tried one IP address but no luck.

    What versions of Astaro and Microsoft are you running?
    Can you ping or traceroute to your server? (might have to enable in Astaro)
    Can you HTTP to your server?
    Do you have NAT's in place for other services?  Are they all working fine.
    Do you have any firewalls (native or 3rd party) on your server?

    I am running Astaro v8.300 and Server 2008 R2, can ping and traceroute to the server no problem. Can HTTP internally but no externally to the server. I have a NAT in place for another web server and that is working fine. I have no other firewalls in place.

    Try some of these:

    1. Seems unnecessary, but power cycle your Astaro box if you haven't already done so.

    2. Delete the existing NAT route that doesn't work and recreate from scratch.  Use an external NIC (NIC card symbol) as the traffic destination.

    3. Temporarily turn off your NAT rule that works, and re-point the NAT that doesn't work to the server that works and see if it successfully carries traffic.

    4.  If you can, do the converse of #2.  Turn off the NAT rule that doesn't work, and temporarily re-point the NAT rule that works with your other server, at the rebuilt server and see if it functions properly.

    try a full nat rule instead the dnat one. if this works, you have some ip restrictions set on owa...

    I am pretty sure now the problem is with my exchange server. I will rebuild it from scratch if everything else fails. I don't think this is an Astaro config issue

    I have a similar issue but it after reading 8.300 I dont think it has anything to do with the exchange server!  I think after installing 8.300 from 8.203, the new features are causing the external owa to be slow!  I never did anything else nor had other issues plus it works from the inside perfectly fine (meaning owa is talking to global catalogue of exchange ,etc), emails are coming, going, the remote anywhere works fine (using exchange 2007), getting emails on blackberry, iphone, but onlly external OWA is slow?!  Any ideas?
