Dnat

Hi all,

I have an ASG120 that is installed with firmware version 8.203. 
I would like to set up an IIS web server (which has a private IP address) that can be accessed from the internet via a public IP address.

I have set up DNAT as follows: 

Traffic Source: Any 
Traffic Service: HTTP
Traffic Destination: Public Address (which was set up as an additional address on the WAN interface)

NAT mode: DNAT (Destination)

Destination: Internal Web Server IP Address
Destination Service: Blank

Automatic Firewall rule: Checked

1) Does the above setup look correct? I'm not able to telnet to the external ip on port 80.

2) Even though I checked on the box for Automatic Firewall rule, a rule was not automatically generated. What am I missing please?

    Hi!

    The configuration looks correct to me.

    1: Did you try to connect from inside to the external address? If yes, please try to connect from the outside

    2: The rule is generated but hidden like all the other automatically created rules.
