Inbound WAN LOAD balancing / failover

I am hosting a webserver within my network and I would like Astaro to manage my inbound load balancing & failover between my 2 ISP to my webserver

I've read somewhere that ASG is able to do it.
But could not find more information with regards to this.

I want to know if the ASG box is able to hold the A-record of my webserver?
