Internet Link Balancing

I am ordering a second internet circuit and would like to balance it with my current circuit. Can someone explain to me how to do that? or point to the right direction to read up on this?

    1. Add interface on interfaces tab
    2. Setup interfaces in uplink balancing tab
    3. Specific paths on multipath rules tab

    The help button had reasonable info on the topic once your on the right page.
