NO firewall while testing other functions

It it possible to turn off the firewall type stuff while I'm testing the other functions such as anti-spam/web filtering.

I tried putting two interfaces on the asle subnet and bridging but is broadcast stormed by LAN and I had to turn the thing off and start again.

You can't put two interfaces into the same Ethernet subnet unless you bridge them. In the case of Web Security and Mail Security, you only need a single interface connected.
