TCP Port 44392?

Sorry to ask here, but I can't find a good answer elsewhere.  I have over 10,000 dropped connections (from all over the world - china, argentina, russia) to my port 44392 in the firewall logs.  I can't find any reference to it on web search engines.  Anyone have a pointer for me to lookup?  I assume a virus or some sort of attack?

    My guess as well, but I couldn't find any reference to one. Hoping someone may have an idea.  The other interesting thing is my parents astaro doesn't have anywhere near (if any) the number of hits on that port.
