NAT Help

Hello all.  I have an application hosted on a private server 192.x.x.x and currently have a DNAT rule setup to allow public traffic to access that application outside of my lan.  This works fine. What I need to setup is allowing my Internal network to access the public ip of the firewall and be sent back through the dnat or some translation of the two.  So another words I need to be able to access the public ip address of my firewall on a specific port from the internal private lan and have it do the DNAT translation.  Is this possible?
