Hi,
I want to use an Aastra 6755i on via the SIP proxy to connect to a VOIP provider. The voip provider uses two netwerk ranges 91.*195.*160.*0 and 91.*195.*161.0 and the dns name sip.sipnl.net for their VOIP service.
I activated the VOIP/Sip proxy function.
In the Sip Server networks I made a network goup that consist of those two networks including the DNS name, sip.sipnl.net.
In the SIP client network I've put the internal network.
My question is, how do I correctly configure the Aastra.
These are my current settings:
sip mode: 0
sip proxy ip: 192.168.1.254 # IP address or FQDN of proxy
sip proxy port: 5060 # port used for SIP messages on the
sip registrar ip: sip.sipnl.net
sip registrar port: 5060
sip registration period: 900
sip backup registrar ip: 0.0.0.0 # Do not show No Service
sip contact matching: 2
Is this correct? Adnd what about RTP packets?
The problem that I have often one way audio, and when parking a call and pick it up again I have the same issue, audio is gone.
If checking the firewall logs I see that UDP packets in the 3*** range hit the firewall. Aren't they passed through by the proxy ( I think its RTP traffic).
How to forward them to all my internal SIP phones than?
Thanks
