Two links load balance

I have 2 Internet links (Link1) and (Link2) using uplink balance. You can set up so that all Web traffic (DNS, HTTP, MAIL, MESSENGER) is intended only for Link 2 and in case of falls this link, redirect traffic to a link 1 ??? [:S]

I used the configurations of Policy Route, but fell when the Link2, traffic did not "turn" to the Link1, access only returned when the rule deactivated.

    It is possible to make this configuration? Direct traffic to a type of a given link, and after his fall, be directed to the second link?

    With uplink balancing, you will want to use multipath rules with persistence by interface instead of routing.

    If you only want to use the External Backup service when the first one fails, then you could simplify by moving it to 'Standyby interfaces' in your second image.  Then you would not need a multipath rule.

    But by using two links simultaneously, when I enable the Multipath rules via the interface when the interface Link 1 goes down, traffic will be routed to another interface Link 2?

    Yes, traffic fails over to the other link.  If you have a mail server, you'll want to make sure you have an MX record for the second interface as well an an RDNS entry for it.  If you use "Uplink Interfaces" in a Site-to-Site VPN definition, you'll need to create the equivalent of an 'Availability Group' in the other location.
