QoS - Download equalizer: Weighting ?

Hi,

does anyone know what method of congestion management/avoidance is in effect if the download equalizer is enabled? The documentation states Stochastic Fairness Queuing and/or Random Early Detection. Cannot be both, can it?

And: Is there any weighting (e.g. based on DSCP/TOS/Diffserv) incorporated in the algorithm? Cisco calls this feature WRED - Weighted Random Early Detection > Arriving packets with a high priority - say DSCP=EF - have a lower probability to be dropped than others.

It's SFQ and RED. But as far as I know no WRED (I may be wrong with this, but I remember it that way)
