Cant get past Login Screen

I have been using this setup at home for 6+ months now. When I try to log in to Webadmin at https://192.168.2.100:4444/, it wont get past the log in page. It takes my log in information just fine, loads to 100% but then just stops. Any ideas?

Hi, try rebooting the firewall (ctrl-alt-del should do it).

Afterwards, check the reporting-hardware graphs and see if you're low on RAM.

Sorry, I should have said that in my first post.

I have already tried rebooting it! Also, the machine has 2GB of RAM and it has typically been at about 20% used for the last 6 months. Still wasn't working though.

We are having the same problem with one (1) of our ASGs as well. I can login, and I see the quick 1-100% loading screen, then nothing, it just sits there and never moves to the dashboard. The unit was working great during the setup period, installed updates and rebooted, now we cannot get in. I will probably hard reset that unit this weekend when I have time.

Are you talking about TOS/DSCP? If so no. If you're talking about something else called ToS I'm not sure what that is.

Reading your link, that is my exact problem! And yes, I do remember turning the ToS on. I probably would never ave thought of that since I was messing with a bunch of new features. Ill try the fix later tonight!

For people who see this later, you can turn off Tos from the Shell using:

cc set webadmin terms_of_use status 0

Ok, so this might be our issue as well. As I'm not the only one that was working on the unit in question I'm not sure if the ToS applies to us or not. But I'm willing to give it a shot. With that, I have plugged in a keyboard and monitor to the unit in question and tried to get in with ROOT/ADMIN/ETC with no luck. What would be the account I would need to use to get in?

You can login as root or as loginuser, then su. The passwords for these accounts are set from WebAdmin, so if you don't know then, you can reset.https://support.astaro.com/support/index.php/File:Locked_out.pdf
